Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Paoch ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paoch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Paoch is a personal cosmetic and beauty product tracking application. It allows you to catalog products, track expiration and opening dates, set reminders, organize routines, and view personalized insights, all stored locally on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and the data stored within the App.
• Ensuring that any product information you enter is for your personal use.
• Creating and managing your own backups of App data. Since all data is stored locally, loss of your device or App data may result in permanent data loss.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code associated with Paoch are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Paoch Pro Purchases

Paoch may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase through Apple's in-app purchase system. The exact products, billing periods, and localized prices are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds and billing disputes are administered by Apple under its policies. Restore Purchases can restore an eligible entitlement associated with your Apple Account. A lifetime purchase grants access to the applicable Paoch Pro features for the supported life of the App; it does not guarantee that every feature or platform will remain available indefinitely.

6. Advertising

The free tier may display non-personalized ads supplied by Google Mobile Ads. Paoch does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier. Advertising and privacy choices are further described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with Apple, Google Mobile Ads/UMP, RevenueCat, Open Beauty Facts, Amazon, and services you select through the device share interface. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. No Warranty

Paoch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Product expiration information or recommendations are medically or scientifically accurate.
• Barcode lookup results will be complete or correct.

You acknowledge that Paoch is a personal organization tool and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice regarding product safety.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Paoch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Because all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.

10. Termination

You may stop using Paoch at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored App data is deleted by the operating system.

Ending a subscription or deleting the App does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred.

11. Age

Paoch is not directed to children under 14. If you are under the age at which you may independently agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
